Major Responsibilities:

- day-to-day client contact and management
- Help client to generate strategic communication plan and manage team member to execute
- Maintains constant communication with line manager on account status
- Knowledge of client’s business by continuous research and analysis of brand, and its competitors 
- Develop campaigns from start to finish, including project management, execution and timeline management
- Contribute to strategic and creative development
- Ensures smooth running of finances and administrative systems
- Problem solves day-to-day account issues as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree is required 
- 8+ years account experience in a creative advertising agency, international FMCG experience is Preferred
- Integrated/Digital experience with solid traditional advertising knowledge
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
- Proactive and follow through skills
