Responsibilities:
1. 通过电子商务经营及相关活动与客户保持日常的密切联系;
2. 主要与客户进行联系;
3. 与运营、策划和设计团队紧密合作,满足客户需求;
4. 确保工作按时、高效完成;
5. 解决一些相关问题,排除障碍;
6. 完成需要的演示报告和提案;
7. 全面审查所有的内部和外部通信,了解和追踪相关活动的细节;
Requirements:
1. 本科学历;
2. 四年以上相关经验,一年以上电子商务工作经验优先;
3. 目标导向型,具有团队精神,能适应快节奏的工作环境;
4. 愿意从事电子商务类工作;
5. 具备较好沟通和表达技巧;
6. 英语水平较高;
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise closely with clients throughout eCommerce operation and campaigns, often on a daily basis;
2. Be the primary contact with the client;
3. Work closely with operation ,planning and design team to meet with client needs;
4. Ensure work delivery is on schedule, on brief, on quality;
5. Solve problems and overcome obstacles;
6. Develop presentations and proposals when needed;
7. Thorough review of all internal and external correspondence to stay fully aware of all details pertaining to campaigns;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 4+ years relevant experience, 1+ year in digital or ecommerce is preferred;
3. Self-smarted, goal –oriented, team player, comfortable in a fast-pace environment;
4. Willing to work in eCommerce ecosystem;
5. Good communication & presentation skills;
6. Good command of English;
