1. Lead and build a foundational media strategy and buying team within a Creative agency, serving digital media needs of all current and potential MRM and McCann clients;
2.Drive business development to grow media business from existing and new clients;
3.Manage media planning, influencer and media account management relationship teams, instruct and give guidance to junior media staff;
4.Participate in joint agency pitches, either as an integrated offering or as a separate media offer.
1. 8-10 years experience in a media agency, focused on the digital portion of the business, ideally as a digital account director or a planner;
2.Thorough understanding of the Chinese digital media landscape, both within the context of owned, paid and earned media;
3.Strongly client facing with the ability to recommend strategic solutions, focused on helping clients maximize performance via media;
4.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret media data performance matrix and provide recommendations;
5.A new business acumen, good hunting skills, strong market connections and has the ability to close deals;
6.Good media supplier network, entrepreneurial and able to negotiate deals with 3rd party suppliers that deliver the best deal for the clients.
