POSITION SUMMARY:
• We are looking for a Producer who will take responsibility of Jaguar Land Rover films and print production projects from brief to execution, dealing directly with the client and account team from the start. From brief management, scoping the project and allocating the necessary resources and budget this is a challenging but rewarding role that requires solid experience of the end-to-end management of multiple projects. As a key member of the agency, the Producer will be a well-organised team player with creative problem-solving skills who will be expected to work effectively with creative teams, production companies, directors, account leads, internal crew. This is a senior role, so above all you will need to be a self-starter, proactive and equally capable of managing a team and working closely with multiple teams to produce an incredibly high standard of work.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• End-to-end management of multiple cross channel productions, includes daily operational task such as video shooting, re-edit, add subtitles, VO recording, radio production.
• We are an integrated production team - In addition to your film and live action experience some knowledge of print/photographic production would be must, at this part includes daily operational task such as KV shooting, stock photo, retouching, color proof.
• Reacting fast and helping to identify risks and provide fast solution to the team and client.
• Financial responsibility for project budgets
• Manage and oversee the schedules for multiple productions simultaneously
• Establish and maintain clear project communication with internal and external parties
• Create and maintain all project documentation (e.g schedules and budget management)
• Actively lead strategic discussions, brainstorming and project development to support production
• Contracting and management of vendors for relevant projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• At least 8 years working experience in both a production company or advertising agency environment.
• Conversational English is plus but not really necessary.
• Must have experience producing in all areas of TV including social films
• Must have experience in premium automotive brands.
• Knowledge and experience of working on integrated productions - focusing on creativity, brand consistency and efficiencies to maximize every opportunity.
• Experience working with high-end flim directors or photographers (ideally Automotive) would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently on campaigns and deliver all associated assets required.
• Must enjoy working in a fast -moving Agency environment.
• Be a team player with high tolerance for pressure.
