沟通能力：你能与团队分享并交换，也能向你的团队、上级和客户提报创意。我们是个人性化的团队，所以基本的英语能力能为你大大加分。

资质要求：

• 3-5年以上广告行业经验

• 曾服务汽车经验优先（1/2线豪华车经验加分)

• 指导初级美指的经验

• 概念发想能力

• Adobe Creative Suite能力出色（包括Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator）

• 传统、线上不限

• 至少具备基本英语沟通能力

Senior Art Director, with significant experience in this position, with passion for creative work and people. 

You have

- Experience & Skills: you know what you’re doing. You know what you want. And you know why you want it. From the core message to the concept to the art direction of a visual.

- Independence: you know you’re moves around creative tasks, ‘cause that’s what you’ve been doing the past years already as an AD, both on your own and with a team.

 - Creativity & Endurance: you know what makes an idea better than another, set your personal aims up high and you don’t give up easily. Your part is developing ideas with your copy team partner, art directing your team’s work, supervising photo shootings, … – someone who brings creative dynamic, passion & professionalism, that’s what we’re looking for.

 - Social Fitness: you share, you exchange with your team; you present ideas to your creative heads & clients. We’re in a people’s business. And for this, an Ok-level English is helpful, too.

- Ideas, ideas, ideas: In the end it’s all about ideas. If you have good ones & love creating it’s time to send us your CV & portfolio.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 3-5 years of experience

- Experience in art directing & leading junior Creative

- Conceptual skills

- Adobe Creative Suite skills: advanced-to-expert (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

- Advantage: Experience in integrated communication (ATL/BTL/Digital/++)

- Ok-to-good English skills
