Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming – working within a team developing the initial ideas that help to define what a brand could stand for.

• Explore and investigate the full potential of those ideas (words, pictures, materials etc.)

• Ability to create mood board/ video – capturing the concept in a way that inspires.

• Ability to take the abstract and develop it into the initial “look and feel” for the brand.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have strong design skills with about 2 years agency experience

• Use the required adobe design programs and have some basic spatial arrangement and illustration knowledge.

• Whatever their background, they need to be excited about what brands are and how they work, and be able to think beyond graphic design

• Lively, intelligent, challenging, inquisitive and thoughtful

• Hard working and ambitious, want to go to the next step.

• Proactive – want to be involved and want to communicate with others as to make it happen.
