Job Description

Responsibilities 岗位职责：

•        负责领导撰写微信、微博等平台的内容推送，对接客户内容需求，深谙内容产出符合品牌及发布平台的调性，提升客户对内容输出的满意度，把控内容的质量和发布效果。

•        对社会化媒体有敏感度，参与各类campaign、热点话题创意的讨论，并发展出有吸引力的传播方向，协助创意提供针对性的内容支援，良好的将campaign落地执行。

•        熟悉不同社交媒体平台特性和当下社会化媒体内容趋势，对社会化媒体的整体内容发布有宏观的认识，并能制定符合品牌阶段性目标的内容计划。

•        熟悉汽车行业环境，能制定有效的平台及内容计划，能快速熟悉并掌握品牌调性，达到客户指定的KPI。

Person Specification 任职要求：

•良好的文字功底，社交媒体行业从业经验4-5年。

•对社交媒体热点有强烈的敏感度和判断力，熟悉各社交媒体平台特性

•对汽车行业有自己的独特认识与观点，对社会化媒体的营销现状了如指掌。

•能积极配合其他部门制定适用于社会化媒体平台的传播策略以及内容计划。
