Develop communication strategies and brand ideas based on insights from consumer research, brand understanding and marketplace data.
Lead the team for branding project.
Develop sound and creatively inspiring briefs and propositions to drive the quality of creative work in the group. And, works closely with creative teams to assist in the creative development process.
Work with data analyst to build Ruder Finn’s competitive planning capability.
Work across the Ruder Finn Group, providing analysis of market trends, presenting opportunities for building existing client revenue based on marketplace research.
Seen as the Strategy Champion for training and development and facilitates organizational learning when it comes to planning tools and practices, as well as, promoting knowledge and sharing.
Mandarin language is a pre-requisite, Fluent English is also required.
Prior Leadership experience. 8/10 + years experience in marketing.
