RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clearly understand client’s written or verbal brief and logically communicate to planning/creative team

• Act as the project leader in creative development process; be responsible for on time delivery of high standard creative work

• Co-ordinate and motivate internal and external resources (production house, third party specialists) to achieve good team performance

• Analyze and prioritize daily tasks, effectively allocate resources to provide solutions to client’s requests

• Review final delivery format and ensure correctness in all required materials with strong attention to detail

• Proactively improve understanding into brand and consumer insight; contribute ideas and give organized input during both creative development and execution process

• Logically build up budget estimates and clearly present to client

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or advertising, 4A creative agency background preferred

• Strong project management skill and interpersonal skill, ability to manage multi-tasks

• Organized way of working, detailed oriented

• Proactive, self-motivated

• Strong learning ability, open-minded

• Excellent communication skill, fluent in both written and verbal English
