CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Structure and manage integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects

Lead the development and tracking of integrated project plans

Oversee project estimations and staffing

Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle

Identify and manage project and/or program issues

Set project quality and performance standards

Assesse and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects

Directly supervise the work of Associate Project Manager(s), Track Leads & Domain Leads

Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary

Manage peer-level  client  relationships  (expectations,  communications,  negotiations,  escalation,feedback, etc.)

Develop  relationships  with,  and  ensure the  appropriate  participation  of,  key  client stakeholders and client executives

Work with  business  unit  leadership  to  pursue,  shape  and  sell  holistic  Sapient  client  solutions utilizing innovative sales tools and strategies

Participate in  recruitment  and  hiring  activities,  including  interviewing  and conducting  hiring exercises  for  Associates,  Sr.  Associates,  and  other  Managers  in  the  Program Management Domain

Participate in progress and quality reviews of other projects

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years of Project and Program Management experience required

Previous  experience in  successfully  delivering  marketing  and  technology  solutions;  consulting experience preferred

Experience in leading diverse project types and future interest should include supporting the following project types:technology, creative and strategy

Strong estimation and risk management skills

Proven  ability  to  manage  multiple  programs  and/or  projects  simultaneously  (preferably  in  an integrated program)

Experience managing new build, upgrade and package implementation projects

Familiarity with Agile and Iterative Development (or other PM methodologies)
