Responsilibities :

-        Manage the relationship with clients

-        Act as liaison between client and internal teams

-        Contribute to and ensure the strategic quality of the 360° campaigns of the

campaigns presented to the clients

-        Negotiate with clients and agency staffs concerning campaign details

-        Manage a team of Account Executive(s), Senior Account Executive(s) and an Account Manager

-        Over-see the status of the campaigns

-        Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

-        Present campaigns plan to client for approval or modification

-        Guarantee the quality and sustainability of the relationship, contributing to business development

-        Lead and drive the Accounts team dedicated to the brands assigned to you

-        Monitor margins and optimize financial budgets

-        Prospects and generates new business

Requirements :

-        Advertising Agency background (at least 3-5 years)

-        Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

-        Excellent organization skills and detail oriented

-        Excellent customer service orientation
