新媒体运营实习生

岗位描述：

1.  负责公司微信、微博等自媒体运营推广，策划并执行自媒体营销日常活动及跟踪维护;
2.  根据公司市场规划方向，结合市场动态，完成文案撰写。
3.  挖掘和分析网友使用习惯、情感及体验感受，即时掌握新闻热点，根据节假日、事件等主题，进行创新性营销与热点营销的策划，提升品牌知名度。
4.  负责撰写公司新闻动态、活动举办、产品发布等媒体软文。
1.  Responsible for the company's WeChat, Weibo and other self-media platform promotion, planning and executing daily activities and maintenance WeChat official account;
2.  According to the company's market planning direction, combined with market dynamics to complete the topic copywriting.
3.  Excavate and analyze the habits, emotions and experience feelings of netizens, grasp the news hotspots in real time, and carry out innovative marketing and hot marketing planning according to the theme of holidays and events to enhance brand awareness.
4.  Responsible for writing media news such as company news, events, product launches, etc.

任职资质：

1.  本科以上学历，新闻、传播学专业者佳
2.  熟悉编辑工作，有传统媒体和互联网媒体实际工作经验者；
3.  思维活跃，有良好的新闻敏感度，有一定的文字功底，有整合和撰写文案的能力；
4.  熟悉网络营销渠道、内容营销，对社交渠道有一定了解
5.  基本运用PS，AI以及微信编辑器功能者优先考虑。 
1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism and communication; 2 years or above in the relevant industry experience;
2.  Familiar with editorial work, with practical experience in traditional media and internet media;
3.  Active thinking, good news sensitivity, wealth written knowledge, and have the ability to integrate and write a copy;
4.  Familiar with network marketing channels, content marketing, and have the experience in online promotion and social media resources is preferred;
5.  Basically usage of PS, AI and WeChat editing tools.
