职位描述 Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Define brand strategy on basis of customer understanding and market research.
2. Develop IMC plan across online and offline channels.
3. Develop social/digital activation plan based on campaign objective.
4. Collaborate with Account team and Creative team to shape campaigns that engage consumers and deliver brand message.
5. Build client relationships from a strategic perspective and sell ideas by presenting compelling stories.
6. Lead team to regularly generate reports of brand monitoring and campaign review
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent English.
2. Generalist of planning strengths, combination of traditional and digital planning skillset.
3. 5+ years’ practical strategic planning experience in 4A agency, with category experience in Auto etc.
4. Working knowledge of enterprise-class analytics tools and platforms.
