CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build and manage strong senior client relationships (manage expectations, communications, escalation, etc.) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle

  2. Drive strategic creative initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals

  3. Lead the overall solution quality of the project

  4. Establish relationship framework for the relationship in collaboration with the client

  5. Lead or co-lead all Creative work (multiple sub domains) in the development of a quality solution for a small-to-large size project

  6. Track progress according to the plan created for the project, and report status to the broader engagement leadership

  7. Collaborate with the PM to make changes to design plans, staffing levels, or deliverables as required throughout the course of the project

  8. Determine and document tone and voice for project/engagement (e.g. web site, campaign) and sells ideas to clients

  9. Work closely with account, media, research and strategic planning teams to formulate appropriate overall creative strategy for a project or client

  10. Act as SME to both internal and client teams with proven results

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor degree required

  2. Expertise in Art, deep understanding of multi-disciplines of design, online marketing, website, packaging

  3. At least 9 years’ relevant experience in an advertising, marketing or digital environments

  4. Must have prior experience of having worked as a Creative Leader for at least 3 years

  5. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships

  6. Proven leadership ability and creative excellence

  7. Good at establishing & managing client relationships

  8. Excellent Presentation skills both in English and Mandarin
