Job Responsibilities:
Provides insight driven, Shopper Marketing leadership to marketing and merchandising
Development of annual retail marketing plans for customer and programs
Advances key shopper marketing capabilities
Establish clear strategies, positioning and activation plans to drive category / brand demand, penetration and or loyalty in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Champion 3-year shopper marketing vision across customer portfolio
Expert in project management developing clear, efficient plans that include cross-functional alignment and agency execution
Cultivates internal and external relationships to enhance shopper marketing capability across KO system, serving as a key resource in advancing customer objectives
Provides Shopper Marketing support to Customer Leadership Team for top customer engagements
Leverages industry relationships, shopper trends and competitive analysis to identify and build strong, effective and business growing solutions
Growth Minded consistently demonstrates company leadership and growth behaviors
Demonstrates ability to make resource decisions based on business priorities, customer needs
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in related field
5-7 years of retail or digital marketing experience
Proven results from a Customer-Facing role
Developing and Executing Marketing Plans with agency partners
People leadership and/or management - specifically, experience leading and influencing others
Proven track record for delivering sustainable results for company and customer
Propensity for creative problem-solving and opportunity identification
Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels
Foundational understanding of consumer insight identification
Advanced presentation skills - both preparing in PPT and delivering to an audience
Strong Excel management
