JobResponsibilities:

To liaise with all agency departments toadvance projects to completion

Responsible for internal client codes / jobnumbers / payments to open / close

To monitor project development vs.timelines and take steps to ensure that projects are completed by the due datesset out in the timelines

To help ensure that all work is produced toagency quality standards

Schedule briefing and internal review

Partner with respective teams (fromCreative to Account Service) to understand deliverable needs and expectations

Monitor and document all projects.

Be knowledgeable of the various stages ofall work so that at any given time the status of a particular job can bedetermined.

Follow up with Creative and Production toensure that estimates are prepared immediately following briefing, that theyare approved by Account

Liaise with vendors on 3rd party works.Manage costing, timeline, cost negotiation and follow up on work development upto completion

Management of your overall SBU workload interms of new client assignments / manpower needs / temporary or freelancersourcing

Own the relationship with freelancers andtheir reps. Work to grow the freelance portfolio.

Partner with Director of Operation inmanaging Creative freelancers. Update the freelance report monthly.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years agency experience demonstratingknowledge base and skill sets of duties and responsibilities as outlined above(preferred experience in traffic department) or Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience are welcome,.

Highly organized with excellent attentionto detail

Thorough knowledge of agency processes andprocedures

Knowledge of the print production processincluding DM and fulfilment

Ability to be neutral, respond positively,and proactively solve problems

Excellent organizational and communicationskills

Can prioritize, multi-task and work withminimal supervision

Project management skill
