OVERVIEW

Account Executive is responsible for successfully executing the tasks necessary to complete projects. This includes serving as the liaison between the Client Services team and other internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Provide relevant information updates to client and internal teams

§  Set client expectations for day-to-day workflow

§  Manage account and campaigns, and support administration

§  Understand digital platforms, processes and technology

§  Develop and review project scopes

§  Ensure projects stay on track via regular internal catch-ups, driving work to schedule but also ensuring it meets client brief

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

§  Bachelor’s degree required

§  Digital/interactive background preferred

§  Great organizational skills with high attention to detail

§  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

§  Fluent in Mandarin and Good in English
