Summary
Reuter Communications is a luxury intelligence, digital, communications and marketing agency connecting luxury brands and businesses with Asia’s affluent consumer.
We are currently looking for a CreativeGroup Head to join our growing Shanghai team.
This is a key senior creative position. As Creative Group Head, you’re accountable for leading creative proposals by generating big, brave creative ideas rooted in brand experience thinking as well as directing how those ideas come to life.
You’ll ensure our ideas are developed on insights through managing multiple creative disciplines and collaboration with other teams. You’ll assist in the development and execution of the regional aspects of global programs for clients, whilst supporting in the development of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities
Provide strategic and creative vision to drive and grow the business
Build a network of contacts; prospect to generate opportunities; lead pitches, clarify how we can deliver impact
Ensure the team works together effectively and the quality is maintained throughout and that the work is appropriate for the market
Develop the vision of client and effectively communicate it to colleagues and clients by skillfully crafting content
Generate ideas that excite clients and expand their perceptions of what Reuter Communications can do to help them drive results
Help to build the agency's reputation, profile and relationships with talent and clients
leading a proposal presentation, captivating your audience with strong presence, storytelling and presentation skills, conveying passion for the project that can influence key decision makers
Provide necessary mentorship to junior creative team members to help them grow in their career
Stay abreast and share with the team cultural events and trends, digital and technology happenings, that might bring extraordinary brand experiences to our clients’ audiences
Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work produced and executed is consistent, cohesive and stays on-brand
Key requirements and skills
Broad experience in crafting successful integrated solutions focused on digital
8+ years’ digital experience in 4A agency
Exceptional organisational skills.
Strong leadership skills, team player
Creative, insightful, rigorous, collaborative and fun
Solid understanding of how to drive conversation and engagement across social media
Strong understanding of the luxury sector in China. Experience of working across global luxury, fashion & retail brands is a big plus.
Be able to create integrated marketing campaigns with strong in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends, including digital & technology
Hands-on approach and willingness to be involved in all stages of the creative process and creative presentation
Must possess excellent time management skills; proven ability to work on multiple projects and under pressure.
