Job Responsibilities

Ø  Lead and manage existing social media team to ensure the delivery on time, on budget and with high standard quality.

Ø  Develop and implement social media strategies include but not limited to market research and analysis, social communication strategy, social channel strategy, content strategy and KOL strategy.

Ø  Drive and supervise social assets creation includes but not limited to regular content, social activations and campaigns.

Ø  Manage and supervise 3rd parties including KOL and HTML5 production.

Ø  Commit and deliver the agreed KPIs for brands.

Ø  Uplift the social media offerings for agency include but not limited to social strategy, creative and content development.

Ø  Enhance the social capability among the agency through sharing and training. i.e. latest social trends and showcase update, new technology utilization or new policies of key platforms.

Ø  Support the agency for new business pitch.

Ø  Work closely with other departments to embed social into creative services and perform as a Social Expert/Planner

Job Requirement

Ø  At least 4 years of experience in social media team management position

Ø  Extroverted with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ø  Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.

Ø  Excellent English skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking and presentation

Ø  Perfect understanding of social media channels and landscape in China and familiar with international key players

Ø  Experience with social listening tools, KOLs and reporting

Ø  Strong strategic and creative thinking to create a well thought out, data-backed strategic plan of action for clients for campaigns and their always-on content.

Ø  Possess the ability to lead or supervise copywriting

Ø  Analysis of problem-solving skills, a strong pioneering spirit, responsible for client development, maintenance and marketing efforts

Ø  Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social.
