Responsibilities
Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements
Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. creative, production, third party specialists etc.
Achieve worthwhile output from brainstorms.
Co-ordinate creative and project management aspects of Agency’s response to client brief.
Provide Client and Team with feedback on project on a daily”need-to-know” basis.
Provide updates to budgets and help team leader/members ensure timing plans are fully up to date.
Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute actions required when they arise.
Ensure that all materials get to markets on time and in the most cost efficient way
Ensure all subordinates complete company induction program.
Motivate, develop and appraise staff in conjunction with GAD/BD
Ensure provision of client services are of a quality consistent with Agency standards, as judged by GAD/BD
Become the focal point of client contact as judged by the client.
Maintain a close and effective client relationship
Demonstrate ability to brief, inform and motivate subordinates, as judged by GAD/BD
Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years of account management experience in agency or related field
4A experience is required
FMCG experience is a plus
A quick learner and willing to take challenge
Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients
Strong account management, analytical, problem solving skills and sound financial management skills
Fluent English in writing and speaking
