平面设计师/ Graphic Designer

岗位职责/Responsibilities：

1.熟悉客户品牌文化与产品调性，负责设计项目的制作与执行，包括且不限于平面设计、界面设计、多媒体创意视觉呈现等；

2.根据项目需求，完成平面设计、UI/ UX设计和用户体验设计；

3.参与和客户的头脑风暴，根据客户的要求完成提案；

4.提供准确的视觉效果，并在品牌文档中应用一致的风格；

5.追求卓越和高质量的艺术指导；

6.与创意团队、项目团队和客户紧密合作。

1.Familiar with customer brand culture and product tonality, responsible for design the production and execution of projects, including and not limited to graphic design, UI design, multimedia creative visual presentation, etc；

2.According to the requirements of project, finalize the design on graphic, UI/UX and user experience；

3.Join the brainstorm with clients, develop pitch proposals base on client’s brief；

4.Provide accurate visuals and apply consistent style across brand documents；

5.Strive for excellence and high quality in art direction；

6.Work closely with the Creative Team, Project Team, and the clients.

任职要求/Requirements：

1.熟练掌握各种设计软件，有较强的艺术技能；

2.1年以上的平面设计经验；

3.较强手绘功底者优先；

4.具有良好的沟通技巧；

5.拥有品牌设计经验；

6.紧跟设计潮流与互动技术发展趋势；

7.思想开放，有才华，有团队合作精神。

1.Proficiency in all kinds of design software, strong art skills

2.1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer

3.Strong hand-drawn skills are preferred;

4.Good communications skills

5.Branding design experience

6.Stay on top of design trends and interactive technology

7.Open-minded, talented and a team player.
