Our Client Services team serves as the first line of contact with our clients. They identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Account Manager at R/GA:
On any given day you might
Serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for our clients
Implement tactical plans and daily program execution to accomplish our client's marketing objectives
Develop strategic and creative briefs on par with agency and client standards
Participate in the client planning process, including situation analysis, brand planning, and marketing plan development
Collaborate with creative and interactive departments to communicate strategy, review concepts and develop client presentations
Execute media management aspects of planning and execution
The ideal person
Has excellent public speaking skills and experience
Has a thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media
Uses an alternative analytical approach to solve interactive problems
Has experience identifying new client opportunities and can act as a liaison to pitch clients on such opportunities
You bring
3+ years’ experience in developing interactive projects, and managing large creative teams and clients
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
