Digital Group Head （Copy Base）

We need a digital group head man or woman to join the Beauty Team.

-          Should come from a strong digital and IDEATION background with minimum of 4 years experience in advertising agency.

-          Preferred to be able to communicate in English as well as MANDARIN.

-          He/She must have an extended knowledge of the digital landscape in China. As his position will be key in guiding the team on digital ideas.

-          He/She should be interested in the beauty category, it doesn’t matter if they don’t come from beauty background necessarily but we need them to have a big interest in working in L’Oréal.

-          Must come from an art background with knowledge of design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc…

-          He/She must have strong knowledge of the IMC process as this person will be key on all the IMC projects we generate for our client.

-          Should be able to be responsible and lead people as he/she will have creatives under him / her.

-          Should be capable to come up with big ideas.

-          Should be able to put together final decks 

-          Must be capable to present to clients.

-          Must be able to work fast and under pressure.

-          With basic knowledge of traditional media. (editing process / adaptation process)

-          Must be able to follow guidelines.

-          Must have a good working attitude and able to work with different teams.
