CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and manage strong senior client relationships (manage expectations, communications, escalation, etc.) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

- Engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle

- Drive strategic creative initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals

- Lead the overall solution quality of the project

- Establish relationship framework for the relationship in collaboration with the client

- Lead or co-lead all Creative work (multiple sub domains) in the development of a quality solution for a small-to-large size project

- Track progress according to the plan created for the project, and report status to the broader engagement leadership

- Collaborate with the PM to make changes to design plans, staffing levels, or deliverables as required throughout the course of the project

- Determine and document tone and voice for project/engagement (e.g. web site, campaign) and sells ideas to clients

- Work closely with account, media, research and strategic planning teams to formulate appropriate overall creative strategy for a project or client

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree required

- 8~10 years’ relevant experience in an advertising, marketing or digital environments

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships

- Good at establishing & managing client relationships
