职位描述 Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work with recruitment manager to manage recruitment matters.
Liaise with relevant discipline's hiring managers and HR BPs, ensure all the key messages are well delivered in time.
Build up and maintain talent database.
Develop recruitment channels and dig out industry information.
Requirements:
At least 1 year recruitment experience; has a basic knowledge of advertising, communications and marketing work. Candidate comes from 4A industry or recruitment agency is preferred.
Understand HR models
Strong team work spirit, can work under pressure
Fluent in both English and Chinese
