Responsibilities will include:
-Taking sales from prospecting to close, both for outbound sales efforts and inbound referrals.
-Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
-Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
-Providing consultative expertise for programmatic marketing to Advertisers
-Building solutions for prospective clients based on their unique needs
-Participating in key customer/partner presentations and maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the company's targeted major accounts
-Developing access to the senior leadership of target accounts and partners
-Furthering relationships with strategic partners
-Providing feedback to operations and marketing so we can adapt quickly in the market
-Being an active and vocal member of the sales team internally, ensuring that the region has a major voice in the ongoing development of the company and its offerings
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the business
What you bring to it:
-8+ years of ad sales experience required, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or other is strongly preferred. Export Ad experience with a focus on DSP preferred
-Deep knowledge of and experience working with major ad-tech / mar-tech stacks (e.g. Google, Amazon, Facebook, Baidu, Tencent, Bytedance), inclusive of DSPs, ad servers, web analytics platforms, DMPs and CRM
-Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, particularly in blending analysis and narrative to create compelling slide presentations and business proposals.
-Strong client-facing experience
-Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
-Consistent record of exceeding sales targets
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations
-High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
-Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas
-Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment
-Desire to build a company up from an early stage
-Ambitious self-starter who can ramp up quickly
-Based in Shanghai

岗位要求:
-要求具有 8 年以上广告销售经验,无论是在媒体、代理机构、广告公司、Ad Exchanger、技术公司或者数字咨询公司,均优先考虑。
-具备Media Buy 媒介、媒介投放、媒介采买经验。
-有outbound/inbound广告经验,专注于 DSP 者优先。
-对主要广告技术/营销技术堆栈(例如 Google、亚马逊、Facebook、百度、腾讯、字节跳动)有深入的了解和工作经验,包括但不限于 DSP、Ad Server、网站监测分析、DMP 和 CRM
-商务英语和普通话沟通能力,需要日常与内部海外团队英语沟通
-丰富的面向客户的经验
-了解市场研究、销售和谈判原则
-持续超额完成销售目标记录
-对细节和组织能力的高度关注
-优秀的学习、适应、发现和测试新想法的能力
