Responsibilities:

•  Community Management & Cultivation

Monitor, maintain and  respond to conversations in social media platforms (in the brand voice)

Respond to queries and comments based on established guidelines in a timely and professional manner

Identify, develop and foster relationships with the best community members across various platforms

• Content Management  

Coordinate the creation of  editorial calendars

Manage the lifecycle of  social content including posting to social media, tagging, categorization  etc.

Maintain the content library  for social content assets and keeping it organized

Working close with Account  Service and Creative Team to manage scheduling of meetings and resources      to support existing work

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience in an advertising agency

• Bilingual in Chinese and English

• Experience managing professional social media accounts and their advertising products

• Education in a related field  is an asset

• Strong attention to detail

• Collaborative, friendly and   professional
