Job Description:
1. Provide daily secretarial support, responsible for making, coordinating and confirming travel arrangements, responsible for managing the calendar, coordinating and confirming business appointments
2. Preparing expense reimbursement reports for CEO & CFO
3. Build good communication with senior management team, clients and other team members
4. Interpretation and documentation translation if needed
5. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree preferred in English, business administration or other similar subjects.
2. Good command in English, good listening, writing and speaking skills.
3. Over 5 years’ secretarial experience in Multinational Corporation, especially advertisingagency will be a plus
4. Good
command of computer skills
5. Good communication skills
