Associate Planning Director/Planning Director

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Servicing & New Business Pitch 60%

§   Develop communication strategies and brand ideas based on insights from consumer research, brand understanding and marketplace data

§   Lead the team in providing analysis of market trends, presenting opportunities for building existing client revenue

§   Lead the team for branding project

§   Develop sound and creatively inspiring briefs and propositions to drive the quality of creative work. And, works closely with creative teams to assist in the creative development process

§   Working with account team leader in delivering solid proposal and presentations, workshop etc to win new business

§   Strong new business pitching capabilities

Team Coaching 20%

§   Groom planning team, oversee quality work deliverable of planning team

§   Facilitate the team to work close and smooth collaboration with account and creative team

§   Consistently serves as a positive role model who embodies the value of the company

Strategic Coordinator of Office Positioning Initiatives 20%

§   Seen as the Strategy Champion for training and development and facilitates organizational learning when it comes to planning tools and practices, as well as, promoting knowledge and sharing

§   Work with office GM and necessary office function teams to build RF Thunder’s competitive planning capability

§   Lead as the Champion for managing office level insight initiatives and resource center including good showcases, monthly insight newsletter, data tools, trend report pool, internal showcase award

§   Provide strategic input and work with account team in domestic and regional award applications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

§  Mandarin language is a pre-requisite;fluent written English is also required

§  6+ years of experience in marketing/PR/IMC; experienced in social/IMC planning is a must

§  Experience in quantitative and data analysis

§  Demonstrates analytical and organization skills

§  Prior leadership experience
