媒介总监

职位描述 Job Description

岗位要求：

1. 规划并推进公司业务发展战略与执行，并根据业务需求，能够较好的整合投放资源，制定媒介投放策略。 

2.结合公司发展需求拓展媒体合作，更新媒体资源库。包括但不仅限于：传统媒体、新媒体、各类APP、自媒体账号等; 

3.依据整体媒体业务发展策略与目标要求，提交各阶段具体实施方案； 

4. 指导、监督各项媒体项目/方案实施过程，完成目标任务； 

5. 负责各项媒体合作方案/项目可行性评估； 

6. 合理安排团队项目时间，确保多个项目的执行能按时完成。

7. 建设和管理高素质的媒体团队，指导其完成目标任务。 

1. Planning and promoting the company's business development strategy and implementation, and according to business needs, to better integrate investment resources, Develop Media Investment Strategy.

2. Expand Media Cooperation and update media resource base according to company development needs. Including but not limited to: traditional media, new media, all kinds of apps, self-media accounts, etc.

3. According to the overall media business development strategy and target requirements, to submit the specific implementation of the various stages;

4. Direct and supervise the implementation of media projects/programs to achieve the goals and objectives;

5. To be responsible for the feasibility assessment of various media cooperation programs/projects;

6. Arrange team project time reasonably to ensure the execution of multiple projects can be completed on time.

7. Build and manage a high-quality media team, guide them to achieve their objectives.

任职要求： 

1. 8年以上互联网媒体或线上广告公司的媒介策划、执行、运营管理；  

2. 拥有良好的互动媒体行业的公共关系资源； 

3. 耐心、细致，有非常好的服务精神，有较好的分析及应变能力，逻辑分析能力强；

4. 有良好的表达，沟通及团队协作能力，同理心、责任心强；

1. At least 8 years' experience in media planning, execution, operation and management of Internet media or online advertising companies;

2. Have good interactive media industry public relations resources;

3. Patient, meticulous, have very good service spirit, have good analysis and strain ability, logical analysis ability;

4. Good presentation, communication and teamwork skills, empathy, strong sense of responsibility;
