Media.Monks is looking for a highly-talented Executive Producer - Digital Experience to drive its digital production capabilities in China. You’ll be heading up a team of producers working on digital experiences that include digital platforms (UX/UI/Dev), experiential (immersive/retail/installations), interactive (AR/VR/AI), content (film/photo) and the connection of it all (CDJ/XD/Data). While being responsible for flawless delivery across all projects, you also actively drive new opportunities and grow our digital production offering. You are excited about creating FutureProofed digital experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands, and to work alongside the management team of Media.Monks China in realizing our vision.   

Responsibilities:

The success for this role is defined by 1) the flawless delivery of digital experience production on-budget, on-time and on-brief and 2) growth of our digital experience capability and business. 

You collaborate with our teams in China, regionally and globally to sell-in and deliver digital experience and production projects spanning digital platforms (UX/UI/Dev), experiential (immersive/retail/installations), interactive (AR/VR/XR/AI), content (film/photo) and the connection of it all (CDJ/XD/Data).

You deliver award-winning projects to the highest quality standards, on-time, on-budget and on-brief.

You are the go-to senior point of contact for clients on production related areas and you build client trust based on your expertise.

You build, train and lead a team of 15 high performing producers in Shanghai across digital, experiential and content. 

You lead digital experience and production pitches from a subject-matter-expert perspective and drive yourself and your team to out-pitch, out-position, out-play and out-procure.

You use your commercial drive and a desire to win to grow the volume of digital experience production work by up-selling, cross-selling and working alongside our growth monks.

Requirements:

Significant work experience in Digital Production roles (Lead Producer, Executive Producer, Head of Production, Head of Delivery, etc) and/or Commercial/Business roles within a digital production company (Business Director, Client Service Director, General Manager, etc). Client-side experience is a plus. 

Significant work experience obtained in digital agencies, innovation agencies, experiential agencies, tech agencies or digital production companies.  

Ability to flawlessly deliver projects related to digital experiences, such as digital platforms (UX/UI/Dev), experiential (immersive/retail/installations), interactive (AR/VR/XR/AI), content (film/photo) and the connection of it all (CDJ/XD/Data).

Ability to build and lead a team of 15 producers. 

Ability to proactively drive new business related to your fields of expertise, leveraging your client network and working alongside our growth monks.

Ability to build exceptional proposals and deliver these with strong presentation, persuasion and communication skills 

Ability to work in both English and Chinese on a professional level

你将在上海建立、培训和领导一支由 15 名高绩效制作人组成的团队，负责数字、体验和内容方面的工作。

你将从主题专家的角度领导数字体验和制作推介，并推动你自己和你的团队out-pitch, out-position, out-play and out-procure。

你可以在自己的商业动力和求胜心之上，通过追加销售、交叉销售以及与我们的growth monks一起工作来丰盈数字体验制作工作。

要求：

在数字制作公司担任过数字制作角色（首席制作人、执行制作人、制作主管、交付主管等）和/或商业/业务角色（业务总监、客户服务总监、总经理等）方面的重要工作经验。有客户端经验者优先。

在数字机构、创新机构、体验机构、技术机构或数字制作公司获得的重要工作经验。

能够完美交付与数字体验相关的项目，例如数字平台（UX/UI/Dev）、体验（沉浸式/零售/安装）、交互（AR/VR/XR/AI）、内容（电影/照片）和这一切的连接（CDJ/XD/数据）。

能够建立和领导一个由 15 名制作人组成的团队。

能够主动推动与你的专业领域相关的新业务，利用你的客户网络并与我们的growth monks一起工作。

能够制定出色的提案并通过强大的演示、说服和沟通技巧交付这些提案。

具备专业水平的中英文工作能力。
