客户总监/资深客户总监

职位描述 Job Description

职责描述：

1. 同时负责多项目管理时间节点及质量控制；

2. 独立撰写整合营销策划方案.执行方案，并且带领团队进行相关项目的方案和结案的撰写

3. 参与和完成客户的商务沟通，理解客户需求，完成整合营销项目执行，提升客户的服务质量和满意度，并能保持.建立

客户关系, 负责客户潜在及延展性需求的实现;

4. 负责提升团队成员的专业能力.客户服务意识.项目服务水平；

5. 客户沟通协调维护，准确理解客户的需求，带领团队与创意团队一起挖掘项目推广创意和内容；

6. 管理团队，管控项目的报价.合同.成本.执行进度.项目结案与回款等事项

1. Responsible for timeline and quality control of multiple projects；

2. Work independently and lead team members on strategy and execution plan of IMC to ensure efficiency 

and effectiveness. 

3. Become the key contact window of business procedure，fully understand clients' need，ensure provision 

of client services are of quality consistent with agency standards; establish and maintain a close and effective 

client relationship and fulfill most clients' extended requests;

4. Responsible for improving team members 'professional competence, customer service conciousness and 

quality level; 

5. Facilitate in customer communication，understand exactly what clients need and contribute to creative 

development;

6. Manage team, supervise on campaign quotation, contract, cost, WIP status，project closing and refund

任职要求：

1. 8年以上数字营销公司工作经历，2年以上新媒体经验；具有多项目协调和把控能力；

2. 有丰富的团队管理经验，能带领多人的团队独立工作，协调与其他部门.供应商的工作，带领团队完成并控制好指定项目执

行的流程与进度；对团队成员的专业能力.服务意识进行有效的培训和指导；

3. 本科及以上学历，新闻.传播.广告.市场营销等相关专业优先，

4. 善于发现洞察客户需求，具有较强的客户管理能力；

5. 关注时事热点，对互联网新鲜事物敏感；

6. 具备极强的沟通能力.语言表达能力，有良好的时间管理能力.团队合作精神，能承受较强的工作压力。

7. 英语熟练，书面翻译能力上佳者优先；

8. 有美妆品牌服务经验者优先

1. At least 8 years of working experience in digital marketing company, 2 years of new media related experience; 

ability to coordinate multiple projects at a time;

2. Possess a wealth of team management experience, lead team to work independently, manage internal 

communications and external communication with vendors, media partners; ensure that all aspects of assigned 

project is completed in an accurate and timely way; cultivate team members' professional competence and 

service consciousness in an effective way;

3. Bachelor degree or above, he who majors in journalism, communication, advertising and marketing is preferred

4. Ability to see through clients' market need inside and out, along with comprehensive client management;

5. Pay close attention to current affairs and be sensitive to novelty arise from the Internet;

6. Excellent communication skills and language competence, outstanding time management skills and team spirit, 

ability to stay calm in stressful situations.

7. Business fluency in English；proficiency in written translation is preferred.
