职位描述 Job Description
The social manager plays an important role in implementing social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will partner with other function teams as well as global HQ to maximize brand impart, grow social awareness and engagement, and integrate new initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage brand official accounts on social networks. Build and execute always-on social content and related campaign activities. - Develop monthly social media plan. - Manage social retainer agency for daily operation and campaign execution. - Develop comprehensive storyline and integrate impactful visual design to convey the brand essence and improve engagement across social media channels. - Execute local social assets creation based on brand guideline. - Implement user engagement & UGC initiatives to increase social buzz. - Monitor and report social performance. Provide post-campaign reports and all social media related activities analysis. - Cross team communication for all social projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Auto and luxury brand background - Bachelor’s degree. Major in Communication/ Marketing will be nice. - Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing. - Self-motivated, able to work independently. - Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task.
