Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage various internal and external communication program and content across different channels of media, social, digital
-Build and maintain good relations with media and industry organizations to provide accurate information, perform solid story pitching, and possible risk management if applicable
-Work with the office & business leaders to ensure alignment of message delivery, related content development and event collaboration aiming to drive growth
-Seek out content and partnership opportunities to promote the company’s thought leadership, including speaking engagements and platforms
-Monitor new market trends, opportunities, and stories in the industry
Requirements:
-A university degree or above, and in journalism or communications is a plus
-4+ years of total working experience in the mainland China role of communication-related functions and have a strong knowledge of the agency sector
-Native Chinese, and good command of written & spoken English
-Superior interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with teams and internal/external partners
-Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure
-Tech-savvy on various use of digital tools and platforms, including proficiency in leveraging social media networks
-You are sensitive to brand territory and positioning
-You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneur mindset and a proactive can-do attitude
-You are passionate and willing to learn
