1,  Strong creative ability and rich experience.

2,  Organize and supervise the completion of creative works to ensure that the composition of art and writing is in accordance with the strategy and creative standards.

3,  As a creative, lead the team to complete the brand strategy, creative planning and bidding scheme.

4,  Responsible for project management and coordination of internal and external relations.

5,  Responsible for the management and control of team creation.

Job Requirement:

1、8-10 years of working experience, full range of customer experience, rich digital experience, good command of English.

2、Has been working preferably in 4As.

3、Passionate with job (advertising) and be a real Idea generators with excellent design skills. Auto/FMCG/cosmetic experience is highly preferred.

4、Can sketch and draw touch points.

5、Can work under pressure and tight timelines, Fast and responsive. Very independent.

6、Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
