Responsibilities:        

· Leading client conversations on large multinational brands 

· Ability to work individually, lead a project team and work with multidisciplinary teams across agencies depending on project requirements

· Driving up the overall calibre of pitches, partly by specific personal contribution and partly by helping maximize performance of other team members 

· Writing with a view to impacting client opinion

· Aligning multiple stake holders on strategy

· Leading by personal standard.

· Run projects at micro level, lead a project team and work with multidisciplinary teams

· Helps other members of the team realize their ideas

· Represents the Agency through public speaking

· Demonstrates a broad business understanding that gives a context to all communications activity

· Identifies opportunities to facilitate and create work that creates fame for clients 

· Understands marketing related theories and the importance of crafting in ideas 

Qualification:

· English + Mandarin fluency is a pre-requisite

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Bachelor’s degree and above 

· Prior Leadership experience. 6-8 years ‘experience in Account Planning

· 5+ years’ experience crafting clear, compelling strategic narratives
