Key Responsibilities
· Be involved in the translation of strategy; translating creative strategies with emphasis on writing into dramatic, innovative, and relevant executional concepts
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of popular trends and stimuli in society.
· Be involved in concept production, generate effective and imaginative concepts, headlines, and copy.
· Understand brand guidelines and brand positioning
· Bring ideas to life with vivid language and examples and express ideas clearly/concisely/ persuasively
· Maintain copy quality control throughout all aspects of the production process regardless of medium
· Develop a good relationship and team work within team member, collaboration with reporting boss and most importantly build trust and connection with clients at all level.
Knowledge & Experience
· Strong conceptual and strategic directions with excellent creative & aesthetic judgement; the ability to ensure that the creative output is consistently excellent from a conceptual and executional perspective, across all platforms.
· Experiences on video (long or short form), print and digital content execution is an absolute must and some understanding of Integrated Marketing Communication, specifically on experiential and digital content communication.
· Ability to understand client business and help clients to reach their objectives
· The aptitude to confidently make timely and sound decisions, sometimes under pressure.
· Effective communicator with strong presentation skills and client relation skills.
· Visionary and ambitious with the ability to articulate thinking and ideas.
· Innate flair for current trends and pop-culture would be ideal.
