3, Create and manage original and compelling content for campaigns and experiences.
4, Collaborate with the client and various teams within DDB.
5, Contribute to thought leadership and stimulate professional development within the Creative team.

Job Requirement:

1,   Creative thinking is a must-have.
2,   Various and eclectic type of works to appear in your portfolio.
3,   Experience in graphic design, and proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc
4,   Deep understanding of China’s culture and market.
5,   Strong knowledge in branding, print, digital, advertising, events, China’s social media environment, editorial design.
6,   Able to communicate with clients, understand their needs and interact with them.
7,   Strong team spirit.
8,   Skills in team management, ability to work in a multicultural environment, caring for people’s abilities and weaknesses.
9,   Full command of Chinese and English (speak/read/write)
10, 5 years+ of working experience.
11, Capacity to fully overview a project, from its beginning to its end.
