职位描述 Job Description
An Assistant Account Executive supports all members of the account team and will work on task-oriented projects or clients that require routine and standard information. He/she works under close supervision of an Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Consultant or Senior Consultant and reports into an Account Executive or above.
Key Clients: Foreign medical customers
Main responsibilities:
Drafting of following (but not limited to) materials for review by supervisor for internal and client distribution including but not limited to social media posts, simple clipping analysis, research findings, reports, etc;
Understand both new media and traditional media;
Handle desktop and other researches for supervisors on behalf of existing clients and new business;
Develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies, etc.) to convey the Client's message;
Provide support on specific events, etc.
Main requirements:
University degree (or above) with preferred major in Integrated Marketing Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication and Literature;
Good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Chinese;
Have basic knowledge/experience of PR and communications;
Internship experience in a public relations or related industry is a plus;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Be smart, quick learner; well-organized and responsible;
Passionate and has can-do attitude.
