A Consultant at Ruder Finn will have a minimum of four years’ experience in the public relations industry and will be expected to provide strategic counsel and oversight on a portfolio of clients. Reporting into a Senior Director, a Consultant plays the role of team representative to both clients and senior management and is ultimately responsible for delivering quality client programs on time and within budget. A Consultant is also expected to play an active role in new business development with a key focus on growing existing accounts.  

Key responsibilities: 

 Leading  client and as daily contact supporting client on brand and product communication, including content creation and KOL communication as per client’s requests

 Act as client team leader and maintain a consistent communication channel between client and account teams for quality service delivery 

 Manage vendor on KOL and celebrity seeding/collaboration and be responsible for delivery and KPI set by client; Event/project management including client management, event management, manpower allocation and management and event follow up and so on

 Act as a coach and mentor to junior team members to deliver quality execution of client programs Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

 Present recommendations internally and follow through in presentation of new recommendations to clients   

Qualifications:

 4+ years’ experience in PR/digital/social media communications-in lifestyle industry

 IMC experiences in account service or project management is plus 

 Strong planning skill and strategic thinking

 Strong team leader and player

 Good communication skill and presentation skill Language skill: Native Chinese, Good command of English
