Job Description

Strategy Planning and Leaderships:

1.      Demonstrate a keen knowledge of client brands, brands equity, consumer definition and motivations. Receive and interrogate client briefs to agree on a clear plan of action.

2.      Translate the brief into ideas and actions; expand the planning influence into orchestrated marketing tactics that deliver on stated goals.

3.      Lead the planning team to deeply study clients’ needs and be responsible for planning and market research at all stages of project development. Cooperate with account team to complete various planning promotion.

4.      Lead the planning team to complete the writing and proposal work. Guide brand management and marketing plan with creative team.

5.      Be responsible for strategy control, decision-making of major nodes in the project and communicate strategies, attend major meetings of projects.

6.      Coordinate the horizontal communication with all departments/functions to ensure the stable and smooth operation of client service.

7.      Build and sustain strong client relationships-attending client meetings and maintaining regular contact.

8.      Assist line manager to control the implementation and progress of projects.

Client & Internal Relationships:

1.      Build and maintain senior client relationships.

2.      Invest time to investigate opportunities for providing better client support.

3.      Ensure collaboration among all Agency departments; foster great teamwork.

4.      Participate and present in New Business efforts and presentations, where appropriate.

 

Key Experience and Skills:

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, major in advertising and marketing is preferred.

2.      More than 5 years of experience in large interactive advertising companies, more than 3 years of team management experience, working experience in 4A advertising agency is preferred.

3.      Have thorough advertising professional knowledge and brand theoretical basis, systematic strategic thinking ability, and rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in marketing.

4.      Could write and complete proposal documents and excellent proposal presentation independently.

5.      Excellent communication skills and keen sense of market insight, willing to accept positive changes, growth, and development.

6.      Positive working attitude with strong internal driving force. Be able to work efficiently under pressure.

7.      Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
