OVERVIEW
Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving day-to-day account management, fostering mutual trust and developing great relationships with clients and Agency functional teams. You should drive the business to success and grow nominated accounts by working strategically with clients across the entire business. Also drive day-to-day collaboration with a cross functional team which can include executives, project managers, creative team and specialists across the region.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery as well as contributing towards account planning and digital strategy (in conjunction with Strategist, where applicable)
2. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing client meetings and presentations
3. Maintain a focus on the short-term project and business deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client’s long-term strategic goals and ROI objectives.
4. Be involved in contributing towards the post campaign analysis and may have to deliver presentations to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI
5. Work with AAD/ AD to maintain the integrity of the client’s brand and communication strategies throughout all executions. Use market research to evaluate, adjust, and redirect tactical implementation as necessary and/or appropriate
6. Master and maintain vast knowledge of clients’ business, competition, latest industry news and trends; confer with client, utilizing product knowledge and research, to determine marketing goals and budget limitations
7. Work with Account Team seniors to define and communicate the client’s brand and communication strategies to the internal project team
REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an account management in agency environment
3. Strong interactive background a must
4. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude to thrive in a collaborative agency environment
5. Proven experience in day-to-day management of client relationships and internal teams (media, social, creative, tech and project management)
6. Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
