Job Responsibilities

1. To work as the art creative lead for a baby caring brand campaign / mini program projects from ideation to visual execution.
2. Create layout designs that can be adapted for social channels.
3. To work closely with copywriter to form the concept for the visuals, as well as support account team so they fully understand the creative work to better sell to client.
4. To be able to think dependently to have a holistic view of design.
5. Attend meetings with clients if needed to present the artwork.
6. To be aware of the latest social media trends in terms of designing tonality and new creative ways.

 Job Requirements

1. Minimum 4-6 years related experience in digital & social designing. 
2. Experienced in the cosmetics, skin caring, IMF especially digital & social assets for baby caring are preferred.
3. Able to "multi-task" and meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines under fast-paced environment.
4. Strong art sense and brand understanding.
5. Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work as part of team.
6. Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills.
7. Familiar with standard concepts, best practices and procedures associated with the development of on-line content.
8. Ability to take and give clear direction.
9. Proficiency with PS & AI, and sketch is a plus.
