Leadership: 

1. Plan and develop the company’s technical roadmap and capabilities

2.  Lead and develop all technical and cyber-security standards and best practice

3. Recruit, grow and mentor technical team members

4. Provide clear role and responsibility of all technical team members

5. Establish excellent relationship with internal business owners and external client business / IT partners Business

Development: 

1. Act as the key technical contact person and expert for client

2. Provide technical architecture / solution / proposal, and present to client

3. Handle all quotations and RFI, RFP documents

Management: 

1. Service and delivery management

2. Project cost and budget management

3. Vendor management

4. Innovation and new technical management

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or other related major.

2. 6+ years of experience in technical delivery, solution architect and technical proposal

3. 3+ years of experience in leading technology team

4. Experience in CMS solutions, such as Drupal, Wordpress and Adobe Experience Manager

5. Experience in Commerce solutions, such as Magneto

6. Knowledge of MarTech, such as CDP, DMP, CRM

7. Experience in both agile and waterfall project management

8. Experience in vendor management

9. Fluency of English and Chinese

10. Experience in Cyber-security, JWT, encryption, decryption

11. Experience in LAMP, Docker, Cloud hosting, Aliyun, AWS, CDN

12. Strong sense of OOP, MVC and design pattern

13. Knowledge of iOS and Android development is a plus
