As a Senior Designer at Siegel+Gale, you will:

- Collaborate with Design Director, and Creative Director to create conceptual design solutions, which support brand strategy

- Refine and develop all aspects of chosen design concept

- Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables

- Manage, train and mentor Designers and Junior Designers

- Prepare materials for client and internal meetings

- Manage scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with Consultant/Project Manager

- Present design refinements to clients

- Participate in new business efforts as requested

You're a great fit for this position if you have:

- Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools including PhotoShop, InDesign, QuarkXpress and Illustrator

- Strong interpersonal capabilities

- Solid time management skills

- The ability to adhere to project budgets and deadlines

- Ability to simplify

- Digital expertise

- The ability to travel as required

- 4+ years of innovative design experience in a design, consulting or advertising firm with multi industry clients

- Undergraduate degree (B.F.A.) or equivalent; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination education and experience.

工作职责：

• 与创意总监和其他设计师合作，创建概念设计解决方案，以支持品牌策略

• 对选定的设计概念进行全面的完善和发展

• 与执行团队一起保证最终交付设计的完整性

• 对设计师和初级设计师进行管理，培训及指导

• 为客户及内部会议准备材料

• 管理调度，与项目顾问/项目经理进行可交付产品的协调

• 向客户展示设计上的改进

• 按要求参与新项目的比稿

任职要求：

• 广泛的知识，涉及排版、布局、色彩感觉以及最新的设计工具，包括PhotoShop，InDesign，Illustrator

• 掌握多接触点识别和视觉系统设计的应用原则

• 较强的人际交往能力

• 良好的时间管理能力

• 可以遵守项目预算和最后期限

• 可以接受出差需求

• 任职于拥有多行业客户的设计、咨询或广告公司，拥有4-7年的创新设计经验

• 本科学位（美术学士）或同等学历；或4年以上的相关经验/培训；或同等的教育和经验。
