Role

Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company media.monks, is looking for a UX Designer. You’ll join our digital design team and craft the digital experiences of the future. You work on platform, interactive and experiential projects and define the user journeys, sitemaps, flows and wireframes, and ultimately, the experience of our digital projects.

Responsibilities

• You’ll help to shape the projects by bringing fresh ideas to the table, putting a spin on content and interaction ideas to elevate the experience to new heights.

• You propose concepts, additions and adjustments that will contribute to the business and creative goals of the project.

• You conceptualize work from the human experience side and how a digital product will enrich the physical experience.

• You’ll produce high-quality UX deliverables such as detailed wireframes, user flows and prototypes, shaping these from scratch as well as completing those already in the works.

• You will think of all the edge cases and perfect the flows for all possible user scenarios.

• You know the importance of understanding content and information architecture and applying it to storytelling with your UX work.

  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working as a UX Designer

• You speak Chinese and English.

• You know Sketch, Google products and the Adobe Suite like the back of your hand.

• You’re familiar with prototyping tools like Marvel and Framer, knowing Origami Studio will earn you bonus points.

• You can create clear decks that effectively communicate your thinking and help stakeholders to make decisions.
