We are currently looking for an experienced Account Director, Fashion, to join our growing Shanghai team.

The successful applicant must have at least 8+ years’ experience and currently in a leadership role leading teams, managing senior clients, and running communications campaigns for fashion and luxury brands.

Who you are

·       You are a proven leader, and have successfully led and grown teams (8+ years’ experience)

·       You’ve done it all – worked with big, well-known brands on impressive integrated campaigns, held senior client relationships, led and mentored teams, won new business – and are now looking to do more, on your own terms

·       Passionate about all things Fashion and luxury

·       Fluent in Mandarin & English

Responsibilities

·       Build and grow client relationships at a senior level

·       Lead and develop integrated teams of PR, social media, and digital professionals to execute client strategies and plans

·       Make all aspect of agency work better

·       Hire, grow and retain our people

·       Work collaboratively across the agency at all levels

·       Resolve client issues and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to grow the business and value we provide

·       Maintain and develop a strong network of media and KOL contacts

·       Ensure the agency is delivering against KPIs and actionable metrics

·       Lead new business development including but not limited to developing proposals, integrating internal resources and external partners to provide input and support, leading pitch presentations and post-pitch follow up

·       Proactively contribute to the development of the agency
