Key Responsibilities

• We need a man or woman that comes from an account background with minimum of half-year experience or internship in advertising agency.

• To assure quality delivery of all agency tasks;

• Daily client contact and internally assign tasks to team members;

• Develop monthly communication plan, create big idea, netizens engaging activity and contents;

• To assures a smooth working process internally and facilitates the relationship with the agency’s Clients;

• Maintain a professional and effective Client relationship as assessed by Account Manager / Account Director.

Knowledge & Experience

• University Degree, major in public relations, marketing, advertising, communication is preferred, but not must;

• Previous half year relevant working experience or internship within digital, social media, or PR;

• Had social media working experience, worked on Weibo, BBS communication  before, familiar with social media industry and environment, including social media trend, main social media platforms, social media language, KOL….;

• Wechat operation, management experience and Wechat communication experience will be a big advantage;

• Good written and verbal communications skills;

• Team player; multi-tasking flair;

• Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time;

• Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;
