Role & Responsibility

1. 负责品牌在digital平台的内容产出
   Responsible for digital content ideation and copywriting

2. 参与品牌项目的方案策划和撰写，参与创意发想及呈现
   Participate in the development of creative ideation and execution for brands from different industries (mainly for sports brands)

Requirements

1. 拥有独立思考和提炼IDEA的能力
   Ability to think independently and refine ideas

2. 热衷于了解不同领域的social文化
   Willing to learn social culture in different fields

3. 有一定文字功底与基本的文案审美和感觉
   Basic aesthetic consciousness and feel of copywriting

4. 认清商业创作的服务本质，懂得放下自我
   Know the nature of commercial creation

5. 懂得倾听，可以沟通
   Be good at listening and communication

6. 热爱并了解篮球运动
   Have a keen interest and good knowledge of basketball as a sport

7. 保持学习的心态，谦卑受教
   A learning mindset 

8. 较好的英语能力，能写更加分
   Good English reading skill, writing is a preferred skill

9. 兼具4A和digital工作背景优先考虑
   4A and digital creative experience is preferred
