Strategic Intention
· Proactively drive innovative solutions (business, marketing, product, etc.) and develop brand, communication, and digital related strategy to meet progressive client’s needs (HumanCare/consumer health clients: HealthCare/RX clients = 65:35)

o Develop strategic directions that lead creative teams to solutions that delight the client whilst establishing performance metrics for our solutions and measure these to prove their effectiveness
o Mastery of research and insights tools to answers key strategic questions and a "warehouse" of rich understanding of customer insights and consumer journey, for use in all work
o Be a source of new ideas and inspiration. Proactively leverage insights and funnel them into actionable recommendations - not just for existing projects, but new ways to look at the client's business
o Construct and facilitate productive workshop to foster collaborative solution and alignment among participants from client, partners and internal.
o Create compelling presentations through frameworks and visual storytelling to sell-in strategy and creative with passion and clarity
· Digital Strategy and Innovation Management
o Strong knowledge of digital, social, data, technology, etc. to inspire client and internal team to create innovative solution for client’s business and brand challenge
o Have solid experience in building digital, social, content and engagement strategy
o Have up-to-date level of understanding on data and performance
· Interpersonal Savvy
o Work seamlessly with internal/external team to build value
o Maintain healthy and sustainable relationship with client
· Intellectual Horsepower
o A thought leader and subject matter expert and contribute in building up the agency’s thought leadership in health and wellness industry
o Support CSO to build up the planning culture in the whole agency
· Subordinate & Staff Development
o Identify and drive the career development path of junior and mid level planners
o Provide proper mentoring and on-the-job training
o Ensure or supervise the delivery of high quality strategy work from supporting planners
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB
Lead the development strategy proposals to satisfy existing client or win new business needs, as well as elevate the quality of creative and innovation capabilities
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor or above degree in any area as long as working experience reflects communication/marketing knowledge
• 6-8 years or above experience in advertising agency, consulting agencies focusing on innovation, design thinking or healthcare industry (e.g. IDEO, IQVIA), digital company, market research agency or client side, preferably with strategy related roles for over 4 years
• Strong experience in digital marketing and technology innovation (data, social, ECOM, innovation, etc.)
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Have strong interest in health and wellness
• Excellent communication and interactive skills and proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Skilled in tools like PowerPoint, keynote, etc. to build compelling presentations to influence key stakeholders
• Design thinking capability is strongly preferred
